Welcome to PSU's one-day intensive designed for product-based brands ready to grow smarter. Led by , owner of Social by Steph, and a paid social strategist with 15+ years of experience managing campaigns for brands ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, attendees will gain practical insight into what actually drives growth online. The day begins with a hands-on creative session led by of The Poised Agency, focused on product photography and social content creation, before shifting into paid social strategy designed to help brands reach the right audience and drive real sales. With an intimate cohort, this immersive experience offers direct access to expert guidance, actionable strategy, and meaningful connection.

Each attendee will also receive access to SiMMY, an AI-powered advertising simulator, to use during the session and beyond as the platform evolves—along with entry into a private Slack community for ongoing support, questions, and connection after the workshop.
