Mohammad Abdelrahman is a native to Chicago with relatives hailing from both Palestine and Mexico. His piano studies began at the age of 18 during his first year of undergraduate studies at Loyola University Chicago (LUC) in 2017. Initially in attendance at LUC to study chemistry with a minor in music (the concentration at the time being guitar, not piano), he found after some dabbling that he loved the piano enough to focus all his energy on seriously studying this instrument. Mohammad holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Instrumental Performance from NEIU, and will begin his Master’s Degree in Piano Performance at Illinois State University this Fall, 2024.
