Master Teacher, Julie Baker, for Beyond the Colors: Using the Chakras to Align,
Restore & Thrive. A transformative workshop that will guide you through the
groundbreaking world of chakras and its direct impact on your well-being.
This isn't just another yoga class—it's an opportunity to understand the intricate
architecture of your energy system. We will explore how chakras affect all other energy
systems in your body, from your physical health to your emotional state. You will learn
practical hands-on tools to help you release traumas, discover your latent talents, and
unlock a deeper sense of inner peace so you can begin to live in alignment with your
truest self.
If you’ve ever felt like there was more to chakras than the rainbow of colors pop culture
puts forth, then this workshop is for you. Basic yoga knowledge is helpful but not
required. Beginners and seasoned yogis alike are welcome and encouraged to
participate.
This workshop is eligible to count as 3 CEUs for Yoga Alliance registered teachers.
