We will host two classes this summer. Canning 101 and a salsa class. Class starts at 6 pm at our office, downtown Plymouth.

Monday, June 1, 2026 Canning 101
This class will cover water bath and pressure canning and every registered participant will receive a Ball Blue Book to help start your canning journey.
Thursday, July 23, 2026 Homemade Salsa
What is your favorite type of salsa? Peach, Mango, Traditional? You will have the opportunity to make several. The first five people who register will receive a tomato knife.
