Summer Candlelight Yin, Live Music + Soundbath
Together Yoga teacher Karen Gunter (Yoga Garage) with musician and sound therapist Michelle Shanti (Shanti Sound) are offering a yogic, live music and sound bath experience for you to unwind in.
Start the holiday season feeling Relaxed & Refreshed!
This experience is an invitation for you to leave the busyness of daily life behind and focus completely on nourishing yourself. On this journey all you need to do is allow your breath, together with the music and your practice, to take you to a deeper place of peace within.
At the conclusion of practice you'll be guided through a sound bath experience as you lie in Savasana, allowing your mind & body to deeply relax, supported by the vibration and sounds of Guitar, Crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, Gong, voice and gentle percussion.
No effort is required as a divine soundscape is created to hold space......simply lay back, breathe and relax, allowing a release and renewal of your being.
Set in the beautiful and natural surrounds of Belair Hills, amongst the tree tops with the city lights twinkling in the distance, join Karen and Michelle for this divinely nurturing event on Friday December 5th.

We suggest you bring a mat, bolster, block and blanket

Michelle Shanti, creative director of Shanti Sound is a musician, singer & sound therapist.
She has studied music and sound therapy extensively and been practicing and teaching since 2011- her formal achievements include Diploma of Sound Therapy and Diploma of Music. She has deepened her experience through attending retreats with Jonathan Goldman (in USA), Deva Premal & Miten (in NSW), and has accompanied world-class international music artists including Jai-Jagdeesh and Tina Malia on their Australian tours, and recently performed in Bali with Sacred Earth.
