Summer Camp: Week 5
Athletes will participate in a variety of drills and activities including sprint mechanics, agility ladder work, reaction training, strength development, mobility work, and competitive games. We also include fun challenges and team competitions to keep athletes engaged while building confidence and teamwork.
This camp is perfect for athletes looking to become faster, stronger, and more explosive while learning proper movement techniques that help prevent injuries and improve performance in any sport.
Athletes should bring:

• Athletic shoes and comfortable workout clothes
