Limitless Summer Camp: Move and Groove Week July 6- July10

Move & Groove Week is a fun, high-energy camp designed to build essential developmental skills through music and movement! Using evidence-based ABA principles, children will participate in structured activities that encourage social interaction, motor coordination, listening skills, and self-expression.

Through songs, dance, rhythm games, and guided movement, campers will practice following directions, engaging with peers, and expressing themselves in a supportive environment. Each activity is thoughtfully designed to also support emotional regulation, helping children learn how to manage their bodies and energy levels while having fun.

Info: Campers will enjoy exciting activities like freeze dance, animal movement songs, and follow-the-leader, all designed to keep them active and engaged while learning through play. These structured movement games help children practice important skills such as impulse control, listening, and turn-taking. Through fun, guided participation, children will build self-regulation and social awareness in a supportive, energetic environment.

These hands-on experiences encourage children to move and create music together while building key developmental skills such as imitation, joint attention, and cooperative play. Info: Campers will rotate through a variety of engaging stations designed to keep them moving, creating, and connecting with others. Stations include instrument play, where children can explore rhythm and sound; partner routine practice, encouraging teamwork and coordination; a creative freestyle corner for self-expression through movement; and a movement obstacle course to build strength and body awareness.

These rotations provide opportunities for children to practice following directions, transitioning between activities, and engaging with peers in a fun, structured environment.
