Summer Camp Week 1: Cartooning: Character Creation and Storyboarding

Monday to Thursday, June 22nd to 25th, 4-day camp
Time: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
Open to artists Kindergarten to 5th Grade
Imagine learning basic drawing techniques while cartooning! We will practice anime and facial features to create expressive faces, explore ways to quickly and simply create original character shapes with action, movement and style in 2D & 3D formats.
Everyone welcome – no prior class experience necessary!
All art supplies are provided. A snack will be provided to each camp participant. Your student will need to bring: a sack lunch, water bottle, clothing that can get messy, and sunscreen (for outside breaks).
Pre-Registration Required
Minimum 6 participants
Registration closes 7 days prior to camp start – June 15th
Curriculum for Week 1 and Week 7 camps are the same.
