All camps run Monday-Thursday, 9a-Noon, with Friday as an optional make-up day.
Eye Spy Quilts are created with many novelty fabrics printed with objects that might not be obvious from a distance but can be identified during a closer look at the finished project. Not only are they unique, comfy keepsake quilts, they serve as a learning opportunity!
They are the perfect project for new quilters! Students will learn quilt design and sewing machine basics. They will also receive a brief tutorial on long arm quilting and one-on-one guidance on machine binding. This camp is geared for those entering 3rd grade and older. Prior sewing experience is recommended. Participants will go home with a FINISHED quilt, including their quilt top, the batting, backing and binding.
Class price includes everything you need to complete your quilt!

Note regarding safety in the sewing studio:
Although not common, injuries can occur from using sharp tools, use of irons and sewing machine needle. We speak a lot about safe practices in the studio to help prevent injuries as much as possible, but they can happen. Please be sure to speak with your child about safety by being respectful of the tools and the importance of following the rules at the studio. Now, let’s have fun!!
