Camps incorporate visualization techniques, focus drills, and sometimes yoga/meditation to teach kids how to calm their heart beat.Age Limit: Accept kids starting at 8 + There is no upper age limit.Equipment: You do not need to buy a gun. The academies provide the Air Rifles, safety gear, and Pellets as part of the camp fee.Dress Code: Comfortable sportswear (track pants, t-shirts, Sports Shoe and Cap)
