Join us for our EPiC Summer Bootcamps, high-energy outdoor sessions led by our experienced coaches.
Whether you’re a total beginner or looking to push yourself further, these bootcamps are designed to help you build strength and improve fitness, all in a friendly, welcoming environment. You'll feel great afterwards!
What to expect:
- Full-body workouts cross
- Motivation, not pressure
- Friendly faces and community vibes
- Open to members and non-members
- Just bring water and a willingness to move!
