Dust off your bike and find your helmet, then join us on the third Saturday of the month for a bike ride. For all rides, except the Pie Ride, we will meet at FLC at 8am.
All rides are approximately 20 miles round trip and we travel at an average speed of 10 miles per hour.
May 17: Take bike trail south through Monterey Park follow the Rock River to the Hwy 11 bypass. Exit the bypass at Oakhill Ave. Take Oakhill Ave to State Street, then on to Mocha Moments for refreshments. Drop down to Delavan Drive and pick up the bike trail at Beloit Ave & Jackson, (east of Jack & Dick’s)
June 14: Meet on Festival Street. To register: www.pieride.org
July 19: Weave through city streets to Kennedy Road hop on the Ice Age Trail to Milton. Refreshments at The Milton Family Restaurant.
Aug 16: Take the bike trail south through downtown to Riverside Park. Michael Palmer will update us on the work at the brewery, ride through the park and finish at the Farmer’s Market.
Sept 20: Take the bike trail south through Palmer and Monterey Parks, follow the river to the Water Treatment Plant then head West to Skelly’s Farm Market.
