Garden House Hospice Care are hosting a one-off event for supporters to join and learn more about our Summer Appeal. You will:🗣️ Hear about how our Summer Appeal is transforming access to hospice care for people with dementia and other underrepresented groups in our community
🧑⚕️ Meet Lucy Cosgrove, our Admiral Nurse specialising in dementia care, who will share insights and answer your questions
💙 Discover how demand for our services has surged and what we’re doing differently, through pioneering initiatives like our Frailty Service, helping more people to live well with serious illness
✅ Be part of a growing community of supporters, helping ensure no one is left behind when it comes to accessing compassionate, end-of-life care. Find out how you can help us reach the estimated 5,000 people still missing out on our care.
The event is free but seats are limited, so please make sure to register enough spaces for you and any guests. Light refreshments will be provided.
