Summer Afrobeats Vibes: Move, Feel Good & Glow

Community Corner is a service run by the NHS aiming to combat social isolation and help people to live well in their communities. We run activities to promote health and wellbeing every Tuesday at Earl’s Court and Thursday at Violet Melchett.

We’re excited to host a Get Your Groove Back uplifting dance and strengthening session at Earl’s Court Health and Wellbeing Hub on Tuesday 9th June from 10:30–12:30. Please arrive promptly – refreshments will be served after the session.

This energising and restorative class is designed to help clear mental fog, lift your mood, and reconnect you with your body through movement, music, and community.

Join us for an uplifting Afrobeats dance and wellbeing session designed to boost your mood, energy, and confidence as we step into summer. Expect feel-good music, easy-to-follow movements, positive vibes, and a welcoming space to dance, connect, and celebrate joy together. No dance experience needed, just come ready to move and have fun!

Whether you want to shake off stress, improve mobility, or simply enjoy moving with others, this session is all about helping you feel refreshed, empowered, and reconnected.
