We will begin our workshop in a restorative posture and center ourselves using pranayama (breath work). Once we settle into our breathing we will move through gentle floor-based stretches to make space in the body. We will then seamlessly transition to our restorative postures for ultimate relaxation. The workshop will culminate in a blissful extended savasana and lots of Kait's hands-on adjustments. All levels welcome.
