This Foundation course is a basic first aid course and will introduce you to the core principles of Sujok therapy. A powerful Korean and Vedic healing system that works through the hands and feet to treat physical and emotional imbalances. You will learn how to use acupressure and seed therapy, to manage pain, digestive issues, and common ailments naturally.Course includes:
- Introduction to Sujok and its origin
- Microcosmic reflection of the body in the hands and feet
- The energy flow and key energy points in the hands and feet
- How to balance energy using stimulation techniques
- Basic Anatomy and Physiology to heal digestive issues
- How to locate and stimulate points for quick relief
We will also cover practical exercises and case studies
* Pain relief (headache, back pain, joint pain)
* Digestive issues (acidity, gas, bloating, constipation)
* Techniques for treating cold, cough, and fever
* Seed and magnet placement for respiratory health
* And combining different Sujok methods for enhanced results
