Come walk with us in honor of my beloved husband and your friend, Shaun Duvall.
He went to meet Jesus on Easter 4/5/2026.
Shaun’s compassion for others was unmatchable! I believe sometimes people like him take on so much weight of others and the world, and put themselves last. While the Bible says we are to love thy neighbor as ourselves, it does not say at the expense or more than ourselves. We need to remember to put our oxygen mask on ourselves first so we can then help others. Shaun was an extremely selfless soul, loving of ALL people, he was humble and a perfectionist without selfish ambition . Everything he did, was for everyone else. Because we loved him so hard, we grieve equally as hard.
Suicide is the 11th leading cause of death in the United States. To prevent suicide, we need to understand it first.
