Join us is a urban hike to celebrate our health and wellness and enjoy a spectacular walk.
September is Suicide Awareness Month.
At WE HIKE, we believe that walking together is more than exercise, it’s connection, healing, and hope.
This month, we’re inviting our community to join us for two urban walks as we move with purpose and raise awareness for suicide prevention:
📍 Tuesday, Sept 23 @ 4 PM – Chuck Heinrich Park
📍 Tuesday, Sept 30 @ 4 PM – Chamizal National Memorial
Two weeks. Two walks. One cause.
Together we will stretch, breathe, connect with nature, and remind one another that you are never alone.
Bring water, good walking shoes, and an open heart.
Let’s walk for awareness, connection, and community.

This will be on the sidewalk, all welcome ADA accessible.
Items needed: Water, 1 liters minimum, sunscreen, a good hat for protection from the sun as there is no shade on the trail. Snacks are always good to have. Bring any medications you may personally need.
