Mark your calendars! Sugarloaf Trail and Winona Ice Park Bluff Volunteer work day!
Join us for a day of stewardship and making our public open spaces better. Some of the goals of the day will be to:
-Clear trail drains of debris and work on erosion mitigation as well as working on the switchback
-Invasive species removal and treatment as well as working on opening the bluff top prairie above the Winona Ice Park site
-Labelling and connecting ice park infrastructure
and more!
Join us for a fun day of investing in our public lands and getting psyched for winter! We will have work gloves, hand tools, invasive treatment dabbers, and cold beverages for all who volunteer! We will be working from 8:30am-2pm and any amount of time you can spare is greatly appreciated!
