A beautiful walk on Sugarloaf. With stunning views of the Usk valley, suitable for keen walkers and beginners using a map. This will be a guided walk taking in the summit while also practicing practical navigation using map and compass. After you will feel confident to use a map and compass to navigate yourselves. I will also talk about the local history of the area and the flora and fauna we see along the way! I am a currently serving Royal Marine and fully accredited civilian mountain leader.
Time/Date- 10am on the 25th of August
Location- Sugarloaf National Trust car park
Distance- Roughly 12km over 4-5hrs
Price- £35pp or £60 for two
