Sugarhouse Breathwork & Sound Series

Join us in Sugarhouse Park for our Breathwork & Sound Series brought to you by Hilary Stark, Ally Young, Amber Glow, and Kai Franco.

Come as early as 6pm to connect and enjoy some light nourishment

Event starts at 7PM

Event Description:

• First, Kai will guide us in some somatic practices to release tension and pent-up energy.
• Then, Hilary and Ally will guide us through a really connected breath flow designed to get you safely back to the basics.
• Finally, Kai will guide us in a stillness practice while Amber serenades us with her magical sounds and cello.
