York Expo Center – OLD MAINYork’s PREMIER Sweet & Snack Expo is coming back BIGGER, BOLDER, and SWEETER than ever *VENDOR APPLICATIONS ARE NOW OPEN!
As Sugar Rush continues to grow, we’re excited to share an important update for Sugar Rush 2026!
To create a better experience with more controlled attendance, smoother flow, and additional time options for end-of-summer schedules, Sugar Rush will now be held as a two-session event in one amazing day!
🕘 UPDATED EVENT SCHEDULE:
🎟️ SESSION 1
• VIP Entry: 10:00 AM
• General Admission: 11:00 AM
• Session ends at 2:00 PM
⏸️ Vendor Reset Hour (2:00–3:00 PM)
Vendors will restock, recharge, shop, network, and prep for session two.
🎟️ SESSION 2
• VIP Entry: 3:00 PM
• General Admission: 4:00 PM
• Event ends at 7:00 PM
*VIP tickets will be limited for each session- so be sure to grab yours quickly! We’re looking for ALL the yummy things, including:
Desserts & treats
Snacks & savory bites
Beef jerky
Hot sauces
Gourmet coffees
Mocktails, creative sodas & specialty drinks
and of course delicious food trucks!!AND YES… there will be some NEW surprises this year
COMPETITIONS ARE COMING BACK!
