Interested in making your own maple syrup? Join Sarett naturalists as we show you the basics of going from maple tree to delicious gold in a bottle! You will learn about the variety of methods to harvest sap from pioneer to modern day. We will finish the class with a cooking demonstration of taking maple sap to syrup and then syrup to candy.
