Ever wonder how those gorgeous vintage cakes or "too pretty to eat" cookies are decorated? Join me for a beginner friendly collaborative class with Lily + Sparrow Baking Co. at the beautiful Mezza9 Cafe & Desserts on Sunday, January 19th to learn how!All materials needed for the class are provided, so all you need to bring is yourself (and maybe even a friend) for one unforgettable tea party where you'll learn how to decorate two different desserts. This unique class includes step-by-step instructions with live decorating demonstrations as attendees decorate their artificial dye free Two Layer Six Inch Lambeth/Vintage Style Cake (12 servings) and three Royal Icing Cookie Toppers while enjoying Mezza9 Tea Sets with bottomless hot tea and three tiers of petite desserts and mini sandwiches.
Attendees will take home a custom cookie scribe and piping tips, their cake with cookie toppers and a bonus thank you cookie. My sugar cookie and royal icing recipes and the Lily + Sparrow Baking Co. cake and buttercream recipes along with the instructional class slide show and more will be sent to ticket holders after the class in an email.
