Welcome to The Gate Within!Your Sufi Journey Begins Here.
We gather to explore an ancient yet refreshingly new way to meditate, designed to help you find deep peace and renewed energy in your daily life.
In this workshop, you will experience the profound practice of Sema (Sufi Whirling) and guided Sufi Meditation, all held by the rhythmic heartbeat of sacred Sufi drums and the echoes of healing Sufi music.
This is an Introductory workshop for those who feel the calling and those who yearn to reconnect with their true essence.
GOOD TO KNOW:
NOTE: Please have a very light meal before attending and preferably join on an empty stomach. This helps create a more comfortable and deeper experience during the whirling practices.
TO BRING: Please bring your own sitting cushion (meditation cussion) to use during the seated parts of the workshop.
NO EXPERIENCE is needed, this is a safe space for beginners.
WEAR comfortable loose-fitting clothes and socks.
DURATION: 2.5 hours (including a short break)
