Welcome to the Second Ordinary Association Meeting 2025/2026, held on Sunday, 12 April 2026, from 11:00–18:00. The meeting will take place in Auditorium 1, House 1, Floor 2, Campus Albano. The meeting will continue on Monday, 13 April, from 18:00–22:00.
Potential motions must be submitted to the Board at least two weeks before the meeting, no later than Sunday, 29 March 2026. Please send your motions by email to [email protected] and write “Motion Föreningsmöte #2” in the subject line.
The agenda will be published on the website one week before the Association Meeting, on Sunday, 5 April.
To be eligible to vote at the meeting, your membership fee must be in our account at least two weeks before the meeting, no later than Sunday, 29 March 2026.
Please make sure to RSVP in the Facebook event no later than Monday, 6 April in order to receive lunch provided by the Association during the meeting.💙
