Suffolk Mind Colour Rush

Get ready to add a splash of colour to your day at the Suffolk Mind Colour Rush! This super fun in-person event is all about laughter, friends, and vibrant vibes. Jog, walk, or dance your way through a colourful route that’s perfect for everyone. Whether you’re here to chill or get your heart pumping, it’s gonna be a blast.

We keep the Colour Rush routes shorter, so they’re fun and accessible for more people. There are two trails to choose from:

• A 3k trail (10.30am start) open to runners, joggers and walkers age 6+ (children must be accompanied by an adult)
• 1.5k trail (10.40am start) open to runners, joggers and walkers age 4+ (children must be accompanied by an adult)

At just under two miles, 3k is ideal for families or groups having a go at their first run. It’s a fun, achievable event for everyone with no pressure to finish in a certain time. Our shorter trail (just under one mile), is perfect for our youngest runners, or anyone looking for a fun, friendly, achievable run.

Both runs are packed with colour stations – with volunteers ready to cover you in powder paint as you pass.

On crossing the finish line, all participants will receive a bespoke Colour Rush medal and enjoy the sense of achievement from having supported Suffolk Mind, and mental health services in the county, at the same time.
