SUFFER-fest is a fitness event like no other!3 hours of fitness endurance.
You will be assigned your own marshal who will reveal each exercise and rep count as you progress through the time.
You will have a series of workouts to complete and you can quit at anytime. However, in order to earn your personalised medal you MUST complete the workout you are currently on.
If you manage to endure the full 3 hours, you will have earned your medal regardless of which workout and which exercise you are on.
The person (male and female) who progresses furthest in the workouts will take 1st place, the next person 2nd and after that 3rd place.
This is no walk in the park and this challenge isn’t to be taken lightly. You will need a good level of fitness, hydration and fuelling will also be key on the day.
So the question is….
