Sue Ryder Big Dip Dales

On Sunday 7th December you are invited to take The Sue Ryder Big Dip Dales cold plunge, to help raise vital funds for Sue Ryder.

The Sue Ryder Big Dip Dales is open to anyone aged 18 and over, and takes place at Draughton Heights Campsite.

Dippers can choose from 10 dip sessions and will be given a maximum of 10 minutes in the water.

Taking part in The Sue Ryder Big Dip Dales, we challenge you or your team to raise at least £50 to help make sure that everyone approaching the end-of-life or living with grief can access the support they need.

Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help us to be there when it matters for the people we care for and their families.
