About this Event
Successify is back for its fourth Manchester event - and we're planning our biggest one yet.
On Thursday 15th October, we're heading back to where it all started - Social Refuge in Ancoats - for another afternoon bringing together Manchester's Shopify and ecommerce community.
This time, we're stepping things up.
We've got speakers from Shopify, Trustpilot and Fluencers Group, plus two more great ecommerce brands still to be announced.
Expect real stories, practical insights and honest conversations around Shopify, ecommerce, trust, conversion and growth - followed by plenty of time to meet and chat with other people working in the industry.
Meet our speakers
- Hannah Johnson - Senior Customer Success @ Shopify
Hannah joins us from Shopify to talk about Shop Pay, trust and conversion, sharing insights from a recent case study and looking at why Shopify's checkout performs so strongly.
She'll explore the value of the Shopify brand itself, how familiarity and trust can influence buying decisions, and how Shop Pay helps create a faster, lower-friction route to purchase.
- Jonathan Lundy - Founder @ Fluencers Group / Gymfluencers
Jonathan is the founder of Fluencers Group, the company behind Gymfluencers, and works with some of the biggest brands in fitness and beyond.
He'll share the Gymfluencers story, how the business has grown and what he's learned from working with major brands, creators and influencers to build reach, engagement and genuine communities online.
- Graham Wilkinson - Head of Partnerships @ Trustpilot
Graham joins us from Trustpilot to talk about reviews, social proof and building trust in ecommerce.
He'll also take us through Trustpilot's revamped Shopify app integration, what's changed and how merchants can use reviews and trust signals throughout the customer journey to help drive confidence and conversion.
