Finding it difficult to bring sellers and buyers together to make sales more efficient and effective? Take this course and learn how to increase your competence and productivity in negotiating offers, by learning how to work efficiently with sellers and buyers, to achieve a satisfactory result for all. Objectives: After taking this class students will be able to:
•Understanding the elements of a negotiation
•Effectively presenting an offer on behalf of your customer
•Personal management skills needed when working with buyers and sellers
•Demonstrate the use of probing questions to identify true motives behind an offer
•Bringing parties to agreement on an offer
•Identifying major objections and how to overcome them
