In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn how to install a classic subway tile backsplash from start to finish. 🏁
Whether you're tackling a weekend DIY project or just want to build confidence before hiring a contractor, this class will walk you through each step of the process using real tools and materials.
What's Covered:

✔️ How to plan your layout
✔️ How to use trowels, and tile cutters
✔️ How to bring outlets/switches to first surface🔌
✔️ Proper techniques for mixing and applying thinset
✔️ How to measure and cut tile
✔️ Grouting, sealing, and finishing touches for a professional look
✔️ Troubleshooting common mistakes and tips for success 🤔
Led by licensed, experienced contractors, this workshop offers a blend of demonstration and hands-on learning using real materials and professional-grade equipment.
Duration: 7 hours (Includes 45 minute lunch break)
Skill Level: Beginner-Friendly (Recommend taking Tile & Grout Basics prior to this workshop)
Age Requirement: Must be 15+
Dress Code: Closed-toe shoes required. Comfortable, well-fitted clothing that you won't mind getting dirty. No loose jewelry. Longer hair should be pulled back in a ponytail or ball cap.
