Substance Prevention and Recovery Knowledge (S.P.A.R.K.) Summit 2026

The 2026 SPARK (Substance Prevention and Recovery Knowledge) Summit 2026 happening Monday, October 28th, 2026, at the Murray State University Regional Campus in Paducah KY! 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. Registration begins at 8:00! . The Summit will be a full day, in‑person event focused on emerging substance use trends, novel and synthetic substances, and practical strategies for prevention, treatment, and recovery support across our region and across our state. Expect to surround yourself with professionals, paraprofessionals, youth-serving/collegiate organizations, Pharmacists, Doctors, and peers across several focuses.

This year’s program will feature seven sessions, including topics such as youth perspective (Youth ASAP panel), methamphetamine, novel synthetic opioids and tranquilizers (including agents such as medetomidine), drug trends and testing, pharmacological polysubstance use, and nutrition in substance use disorder (SUD) treatment and recovery.
