SubconsciousME: Mind Reprogramming & Renewal

Welcome to a restorative evening of self-exploration with SubconsciousME. This immersive workshop will help declutter your mind, tap into your innate wisdom, and begin forging new brain pathways to the life you want.

During our 3 hours together, you'll be guided through hypnotic meditation to gently release layers of unhelpful thought patterns, and enter a space of inner peace and balance. From this space, you'll be introduced to a process of neuro drawing allowing your subconscious to express itself through fluid-like lines and shapes.

No meditation or drawing skills are required, just an openness to explore, get curious, and connect with your authentic self.

• Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, a meditation cushion, an eye pillow, and a blanket to keep warm are recommended for the meditation portion of the workshop.
