Welcome All Coffee Lovers and Organic Farming Enthusiasts! Join us at our 5th Coffee Harvest Festival!!
Price: THB 1,000 per adult / THB 500 per child (2 years+)
(Includes 3 meals and all activities and workshops at the
farm for the weekend):
Accommodation: Bring your own tent to camp in the farm’s ground!
or
If you need accommodation, we will organise a Homestay in the Lahu Village. They charge THB 200/person for a basic room
PROGRAM:
Saturday:
13:00 Arrival time at the farm
Reception at the Suan Lahu Coffee shop
Set up of the tend
14:00 Start of the workshops: Local villagers will run Practical
Workshops on coffee, basket weaving and instrument
making
Coffee workshop: Farm tour and coffee production workshop available all afternoon: learn about the cultivation, process and roasting experience of our organic coffee
Additional Workshops available:
• Biochar production and application: witness the transition of
the biomass to biochar
• Fertilizer production: compost material, animal manure and
biochar
• Herbs and tea: use of different herbs and tea making
• Cooking: learn how to prepare some Lahu chilly sauces
and curries with Namoo
• Bamboo crafting: native instrument and basket craft making
• Cultural: presentation about Lahu hilltribe community
18:00 Dinner and campfire
Sunday:
7:00: Yoga at the farm, run by local villager
8:00: Lahu Vegetarian Breakfast
9:00: Start of the workshops or/and walks around the farm
and local village
12:00 Lahu Vegetarian Lunch
13:00 Start again the workshops
17:00 End of the weekend program
