Drive up and drop off your styrofoam stash with The Worthington Partnership Green Team volunteers!When: Sunday January 12, 2025, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Where: Outside the Griswold Center, 777 High Street Worthington
What: Volunteers will be on hand to take the accepted items below. We will load the truck and bring it to the City of Hilliard's densifier
YES, please bring:
Styrofoam coolers
Molded styrofoam packaging
Black block styrofoam, commonly used with electronics. Not spongy (NEW accepted item!)
Styrofoam packing peanuts (NEW accepted item!)
NO, these are not accepted*
Cups, Plates, Take out containers
Egg Cartons
Stretched styrofoam sheeting
Spongy Foam packaging
Foam egg crate packaging
Volunteers are always wanted and can be used towards school and sports volunteer requirements. Please contact [email protected] to pledge a shift in any hour increment!
*We do not have a disposal site for landfill items and cannot accept them at the drop
