Sturgeon Full Moon Sound Bath Sessions

Each month, I offer a limited number of Sound Bath Sessions. In August we will honour the Sturgeon Full Moon!

The Sturgeon Full Moon carries themes of abundance, endurance, and ancient wisdom. Named for the time when sturgeon—one of the oldest fish species on Earth—were most plentiful in the Great Lakes and northern waters, this moon reminds us of the deep currents of resilience and knowledge that move quietly within us. Like the sturgeon that has survived for millions of years, we too carry a timeless strength, an inner knowing that guides us through the changing tides of life. This lunation invites you to listen deeply to your intuition, honour the wisdom gathered through your experiences, and trust the steady rhythm of your own becoming.

The full moon symbolizes a moment of illumination, completion, and release. It is an opportunity to pause and reflect on what has matured within you and what is ready to be let go. Under the light of the Sturgeon Moon, we are invited to acknowledge the depth of our journey, release what has run its course, and open ourselves to the quiet abundance that continues to flow through our lives.

A sound bath is a guided, meditative experience where participants rest and listen to sound produced by various sacrd healing instruments. These may include singing bowls, gongs, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and the human voice.

Rather than following a melody, the sounds are layered and sustained, creating a calming environment that supports deep connection, renewal, and nervous system regulation. Many people experience a sense of mental quiet, physical rest, and emotional release.

You may choose from:

• Private Session for 1 person
• Shared Session for 2 people

Sessions are offered by exchange—you choose the amount that feels accessible to you.
Suggested exchange:

• Private Session (1 person): $65
• Shared Session (2 people): $55 ($27.50 per person)

• 1 card: $10
• 3 cards: $15

Sessions are held in Nepean at my home, near the Greenbank and Hunt Club intersection. The full address will be included on your ticket and a preparation email with parking instructions and additional details will be sent a few days before your session. Please be aware that we are a cat-friendly home.
