During this exclusive class, you’ll learn the art of crafting a beautifully balanced charcuterie board. Our expert instructor will guide you through the process of selecting and slicing a variety of cheeses, meats, and artisanal accompaniments, as well as arranging them to create a feast for the eyes and the palate, wine tasting with Mad Nice beverage Director and Sommelier, Bruce Felts.

By the end of the evening, you’ll take home your very own custom charcuterie board—perfect for sharing with friends, family, or that special someone. And to make the experience even more memorable, each board will be paired with a bottle of Famiglia Pasqua’s Romeo and Juliet Rosso wine from the Veneto region in northeastern Italy.
