NLNele De Gussem heeft met 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘓𝘰𝘰𝘮 𝘰𝘧 𝘓𝘰𝘯𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 (VIERNULVIER records) een wondermooi solodebuut afgeleverd: een goddelijk harmonisch universum van mystieke pop, psychedelische ambiance en pulserende elektronica.
Live komt haar album nog meer tot zijn recht, met visuals van Victor Verhelst. Geluiden worden omgezet in kleuren; 90s games komen terug tot leven en patronen dansen op het ritme van de muziek. Het resultaat is een immersieve ervaring in een bijna buitenaards decorontwerp van het Belgische visuele collectief Spacemakers.
Nele De Gussem brengt haar audiovisuele show met Victor Verhelst live in STUKcafé in het kader van de 31e editie van Kortfilmfestival Leuven. En dat helemaal gratis!

Nele De Gussem has delivered a wonderful solo debut with 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘓𝘰𝘰𝘮 𝘰𝘧 𝘓𝘰𝘯𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 (VIERNULVIER records): a divinely harmonious universe of mystical pop, psychedelic ambience and pulsating electronics.
The album is perfect for a live performance, with visuals by Victor Verhelst. Sounds are converted into colours; timbres merge with textures, 90s computer games get revived and patterns dance to the rhythm of the music, resulting in a truly compelling experience in a unique set design by the Belgian visual collective Spacemakers.
