Meet us at The Shops at Mission Viejo for a MAT X pop-up. Studio X is bringing our signature Reformer workout to the mat, set up right in the heart of the center.
Don't let the mat fool you. This is contemporary Pilates that makes every movement count. You'll leave feeling longer, stronger, and more sculpted from your core out. It meets you where you are and takes you somewhere new. First-timers welcome. All you have to do is show up.
