Kick off the new year the Studio West way. On January 3rd at 5 PM, we’re bringing our hot mat pilates pop-up to House of Hair for an evening built around movement, connection, and setting the tone for what’s next.This is not a typical workout. It’s an experience designed to get you out of your routine and into something that feels fresh, motivating, and fun.
Expect an elevated pop-up space, time to arrive and connect, a chance to take photos at our Studio West photo wall, and shop exclusive Studio West merchandise. Then we’ll move into a high-energy hot mat pilates class that will challenge your body, reset your mindset, and leave you feeling strong. Music up, room HOT, everyone moving together.
Whether you’re coming with friends or walking in solo, this is a space that feels welcoming, exciting, and a little bold. No pressure. Just movement, community, and momentum.
