We’re partnering with Rumble Boxing West Frisco for our next Studio Takeover event! Think nightclub meets fight club, with 12 rounds of perfectly curated rounds designed to maximize cardiovascular endurance, improve overall strength and increase power.

From custom playlists that hit hard, and certified coaches who bring unmatched energy from the first jab to the final bell — this takeover is sure to HIIT hard.
