Join Kim and Pam this January for two epic workshops with all proceeds going towards our amazing new K Pole Cradley Heath studio. Due to ongoing issues from our landlords we have had to relocate our studio.
This means a beautiful new space with new facilities for all of our students, but this move has proved to be far more expensive than initially estimated.
We are trying to raise funds to help us pay towards the increased initial rental fees, a custom truss system, new flooring, heating, and many other costs which mount up.
Workshop 1 12pm - 1.30pm
✨ SNAPSHOT - photoshoot ready (perfect for our upcoming February shoots)
Join Kim for a 90 minute workshop to get you ready for our February photoshoot's with The Image Cella!
In this workshop we will be going through some of Kim's favourite unusual pole shapes that look great in a photoshoot! We'll be exploring why 'keeping it simple' is best and looking at how lines and symmetry really make your photos pop.
The workshops are suitable for higher beginner and up, as you will be required to either climb into shapes or invert up into a lot of them. If you are unsure, please drop Kim a message, or pop a post in the event and we will come back to you.
You do not have to be taking part in a photoshoot to attend!
Workshop 2
FACE YOUR FEAR - FLIPS 1.45pm - 3.15pm
Who dreads flips? The thought of your hips coming over your head and letting go of the pole bring you out in a cold sweat? This is the workshop for you!
In this workshop Pam will break down the science behind pole flips, why we find them scary, and how to overcome that fear safely by understanding the biomechanics involved in successfully performing flip tricks!
Pre reqs: must be comfortable in aerial inverts, and leg hangs Level : Higher beginners - intermediate
Each workshop is priced as £30 or book both for £50 and save £10
