Who Can Attend

St. Thomas Law Alumni and their Plus 1.

Parking
Parking is not included with the ticket. The Hosts (DUA Lounge and Stu Law Alumni Association) are not responsible for any parking arrangements, availability, fees, towing, citations, damage, or incidents involving vehicles. Guests are solely responsible for locating and securing their own parking. Street parking and nearby parking lots are available close to the venue, but are used at the guest’s own risk.

Beverage & Cash Bar
All beverages are available on a cash-bar basis. Guests are fully responsible for paying their own tabs and ensuring all charges are settled before leaving the venue. The Hosts are not liable for any unpaid tabs, disputes with bar staff, or issues related to alcohol consumption. All guests are expected to drink responsibly.

Photo & Media Release
By participating in this event, you grant the Hosts the unrestricted right and permission to use your image, face, voice, and likeness in photographs, video recordings, and other media captured during the event. You agree that such materials may be used, reproduced, published, or distributed for advertising, marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes without compensation to you, and you waive any rights to inspect or approve the final products or their use.

Liability
By attending this event and obtaining a ticket, you acknowledge and agree that the following terms are incorporated into your ticket by reference and are fully binding on all attendees. You expressly assume all risks associated with attendance at this event, including but not limited to any accidents, injuries, property damage, or losses that may occur before, during, or after the event, whether inside or outside the venue. The Hosts, including their owners, employees, agents, and affiliates, shall not be held liable under any circumstances for any such incidents, damages, or claims arising from or related to your participation in the event. By entering the premises, you waive all rights to bring or assert claims against the Hosts for any reason connected to the event or your presence at the venue.

Property Damage
Any guest who causes damage to the venue, its property, furnishings, or equipment shall be fully responsible for the cost of repair or replacement. The Hosts reserve the right to pursue reimbursement — including but not limited to initiating legal action — to recover any losses or damages resulting from a guest’s conduct.

Acknowledgment of Terms
By obtaining a ticket after reviewing these terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to all conditions set forth above, and you willingly accept all responsibilities and obligations associated with attending the event.
