On November 1 at 1:00 we will be having our annual Christmas Dinner and last meeting for the year. The dinner will be at Selah’s Restaurant. If you wish to join us call Linda at 330-782-0218 to make reservations. Our speaker that day will be Roslyn Torella. She will tell stories about people coming over the border from Pa. to get married in Ohio. Back in the day our laws weren’t as strict as Pennsylvania, so thousands of couples came over to get “hitched.”
Hope you can join us for a good meal and learn of history from our area.
On November 2 between 8-noon we will have a table set up of our wares of t-shirts, sweatshirts and ornaments at the Struthers Rotary Breakfast. 🥞 Money we make helps with keeping our society in operation and up keep of our little house.
