Curious about martial arts but not sure where to start?

StrongHER is a women’s beginner-friendly kickboxing and martial arts class designed to help you build strength, confidence, and real combat sports skills in a supportive environment.

Your first class is complimentary, so come try it and see what training is all about.

Spots are limited to maintain a supportive training environment, so please register in advance.

This class is led by Jan Lim (@trainjian), a striking instructor and student at Pinnacle MMA Academy. Jan created StrongHER to introduce more women to the world of martial arts in a welcoming, empowering space.

In this class you will:
• Learn fundamental kickboxing and striking techniques
• Get a high-energy workout that builds strength and fitness
• Train alongside a supportive community of women
• Gain confidence through learning real martial arts skills

No experience is required. Beginners are absolutely welcome.

Please arrive around 9:40–9:45 AM if you’d like time to settle in before class.

If you have your own gloves and hand wraps, please bring them. If not, you can message Jan or Pinnacle MMA Academy in advance and we will help arrange equipment.
