StrongHER Lift and Learn Workshop
Walking into the weight room can feel intimidating, especially if you’re not sure where to start or what to do. This StrongHER Lift and Learn Workshop is designed specifically for women who want to feel comfortable with strength training. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the basics of weightlifting in a welcoming and judgment-free environment. We’ll break down fundamental exercises, explain how to use common gym equipment and teach proper form so you can lift more safely and effectively. You’ll also learn how to structure a simple strength workout that makes sense for your goals. Whether you’re brand new to lifting or have tried it before but still feel unsure, this is your chance to learn alongside other women just like you.
