Get ready for a dog-gone good time as we roll out our mats for a meaningful cause! We’re hosting a special yoga class and mixer to raise money for Friends with Paws Pet Rescue — and 100% of the proceeds will go directly to supporting local dog foster homes.

Join Holly, as your instructor, as this class is her final project for 200-hr Teacher Training and Certification! This 1-hour vinyasa flow is designed to energize your body and lift your spirit. This all-levels class will guide you through breath-centered movement while supporting precious pups in need of food, medical care, and safe, loving foster homes.
