💪🚨 Stronger Together: Hope Challenge 🚨💙The Chesapeake Sheriff’s Hope Foundation is proud to host our first-ever community fundraising event — and you’re invited!
In partnership with the Chesapeake Sheriff’s Office and CrossFit Krypton, this event brings our community together for a powerful cause.

🔥 Featured Workout: “The Grind” 🔥
With a partner, for time:
• 1 Mile Sled Drag (200/110# — RX’d & Scaled Male/Male and Female/Female Teams)
One partner working at a time. At the 400m, 800m, and 1200m marks, stop and complete the required station before continuing.
➡️ Station 1: Run 800m together (to start line and back to sled)
➡️ Station 2: 50 Squats (50/30# sandbag RX’d / air squats for Scaled)
➡️ Station 3: 50 Burpees Over Sled
🍔 Enjoy local vendors and food trucks while you cheer on participants and connect with the community!
