Strong Women Self Defense returns for its second year, and registration is open for the next class on September 19.Thanks to generous support from the Women’s Fund of the Community Foundation for South Central NY, this free monthly class empowers women ages 14 and up in Chenango County with practical skills, confidence, and meaningful community connection.
Location: Norwich High School café
Time: Third Friday of each month, 6–7 PM
We’re grateful to Norwich High School for providing space and to Christine from Oneonta Jiu Jitsu Academy for returning as our outstanding instructor.
